By using this website or AI Business Companion (the “Services”) provided byNova Labs — AI Studio (“Nova Labs,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Services

Nova Labs provides AI SaaS products, including AI Business Companion, and related marketing and support materials on this site. Features may change as we improve the product. Access may be invite-only or subscription-based.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Provide accurate registration and business information.
• Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not misuse the Services (spam, illegal content, abuse of Meta/WhatsApp policies, reverse engineering beyond permitted law, or harming other users).
• Comply with WhatsApp, Meta, and applicable local laws for messaging and commerce.

AI outputs

AI assistance may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing customer-facing messages and business decisions. Do not rely on the Services as sole advice for legal, financial, or safety-critical matters.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, and software are owned by Nova Labs or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the Services as offered—not ownership of our IP.

Disclaimer & liability

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nova Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

Termination

We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or platform policies. You may stop using the Services at any time.
